What is KickBO Fitness?
KickBO Fitness IS NOT A MARTIAL ART

It is a natural evolution inspired by kickboxing, aerobics, yoga and other martial arts. It comprises of 6 levels which contains progressive excercises of strength training and weight lifting.

Training sessions are always designed to fun and challenging and conducted in an atmosphere of popular dance and fitness music to keep you motivated so you can push a little harder and unleash your fitness potential. Probably the most appealing aspect of KickBO Fitness is that it can enable you to burn up to 700 calories in hour training session

KickBO Fitness is for people of all ages and abilities, the only requirement is the willingness to learn and have fun. Equally suitable for both men and women, and adaptable to individual level of fitness and ability.
